Help wiring 240v heating element with 120v

How do you wire the 240 heating element with 120. I about to start putting my rims tube together but not sure how to wire this. I am useing a dishwasher cord for the power so it has a ground but heating element doesnt have spot for the ground. Please help

you either drill a hole in the base and tap a screw into it or ground the pot its connected to ...
