Help w/ sweetening up a cranberry hefewizen

I made a cranberry hefeweizen a few weeks back that turned out pretty well. Its half avangard pilsner malt and half white wheat with 1 lb of frozen cranberries per gallon. Came out nice, but I'd like my next batch of it to be a little bit sweeter. I can't really add lactose to my beers as I am HIGHLY intolerant. Just wondering if I could add some crystal malt to it to make it sweeter. If so, how much crystal would you add for a 6 gal batch? Thanks for any help!
 
I made a cranberry wheat that included Munich malt - this seemed to keep it in nice balance.

The difference, though, was that it used S05 as the yeast, which I think helped retain some fruity flavours from the cranberry that came out really nicely.

The Munich should help, I think, even with a Hefeweizen yeast.
