Help - using a true tdd-1 as a fermenting chamber

Hi I have a spare true tdd-1 that I would like to use as a fermentation chamber for my spiedel 60 liters that fits perfectly inside. But I would really like to be able to keep temperature at a precise set point. Any recommendation for a thermostat ???

These 2 controller are nice but it will not
Run the fan at all time, this is why I want to replace the existing contrôler

Just plug the fan into its own outlet and let it run constantly?
