hi there a wis looking into making a turbo cider and a was looking at store juices and it says 100% apple just with Ascorbic Acid and to tell the truth a dont know what that is so would this juice be ok to use ? cheers anyone how gets back to me
 
It's Vitamin C, used as a preservative/antioxidant. It won't bother the yeast in the least, and may even improve the taste/longevity.
Not sure about it improving the taste or longevity, but at least I can say I am getting the daily recommended dose of Vitamin C when I drink my hard cider. :D
