I am by far still a noob to this hobby so this is just a few questions about IPA recipes.
So I know IPA's are very popular right now but I have never been a huge fan. Brewers seem to be trying to one-up the other by adding more hops, getting more aroma, more bitterness, higher ABV, etc. The stronger they get the less I like them, but I do like some of them.
My ask: I am looking for a mild IPA. I do not want something super bitter that tastes like eating a flower bouquet. I am afraid that I will brew something that I won't like.
Can someone suggest a mild IPA extract recipe? Seen many recipes that say mild but don't know enough to tell the difference.
