So when I look at hops, they seem to come in two tones. Bright green and what looks to me like brown, but I’m color blind. I always wonder if the ones that “look” brown to me have been exposed to too much oxygen or are otherwise stale. But I also don’t trust my eyes. Attaching a picture. How does it look to everyone else?

Those look like any other hop pellets I’ve ever used. I too have noticed different shades ranging from bright green to a duller color of green bordering on brownish. I don’t know what causes it except possibly the pelleting process or maturity of the cones. Do they smell ok?
 
Yeah they smell great. Just look off and don’t know why.
 
They look good. As @bracconiere said its an olive drab color. If they smell great, they’ll likely taste great.
