Hi guys, Im doing my first white wine for my wife to sup. I have done a few beer kits with no problems. I bought a celler 7 from my local home brew store here in the UK its a 7 day kit. I am on my 5th day where it says transfer to secondery if og is below 1.000 it is at 1.015 temps have been consistent at 22'C do i just wait and leave it until it drops? Before going on to next step. I agree with Fatter. Yeast does not use a clock -
But isn't there some real irony when The-skinny-brewer is answered by Fatter. Coincidence? I don't think so.

Thanks guys. Just found out my wife has been pushing the lid of the fermenter down to help relieve the air, it bubbles more when u press it [emoji21]
