I'm putting a recipe together for a session IPA for this summer. I'm looking for a fruity/ citrusy beer that's low on alcohol. So far this is what I have:
10# 2 row
0.25 # biscuit
0.25 # carapils
0.5 oz magnum at 60
0.5oz mosaic at 10
1oz mosaic at FO
1oz Amarillo at FO
1oz simcoe at FO
Ferment with wlp001
Mash at 150 for 1 hour
34 IBU
1.048 OG

I would like a fairly dry beer with not much sweetness and with a lot of hop aroma/flavor. Any input would be appreciated.
