Help!!! Mold??

I was going to change this beer from the secondary to my keg today, and this what I saw when I opened the bucket.... White spots floating on the surface.

Is this mold?
In 7 years of brewing I have never come across this.
Can this beer be saved??

Can't tell to much from the picture. Are the floating spots fuzzy or bubbly? Is that an oil skim around the side of the fermentor or light reflection?

Gravity and 1.010ish. Tastes like an ale... So we will see.
That is a reflection.
White spots didn't seem fuzzy.
