Hi,
I intend to enter two of my homebrews to a local competition, any type of style can be entered.
The first one is a dark mild with 3,4% alc a bit toward to the roasty side (total of 9% of from dehusked carafa, chocolate ebc800 and chateau cafe malts) with additional vanilla and french medium oak chips extract (latter is just a touch that is almost not sensible)
The second brew is a typical saison with ginger and elderflower added to the boil, the ginger is really prominent while the elderflower is lurking in the background only. Not sure if this one can be entered as a normal saison.
Would appreciate your proposals. Thanks!
