Help me identify these taps on my kegerator

So my taps have this setscrew on them and I am wondering what it is for. I think it is there to adjust the flow rate but I am wondering if there is more to it. I pretty happy with these taps because i think they also double as a creamer faucet if you push them back instead of pulling them forward. All i need is some nitrogen now.

Here are the pictures. If anyone has seen faucets like that please enlighten me as to what all i can do with these.

Looks like it might be one of these, slightly different look than Kai's, but same basic design:
