Help me find this particular component? compression to keg liquid post

I need to buy a second one of a part I have. Problem is I can't find my receipt or figure out where I got it from...or even what the exact part is.

It's a compression adapter, stainless steel, with plastic ring (white hard plastic) instead of stainless compression ring. It fits onto my 3/8" stainless immersion chiller, and I've screwed a liquid out ball lock keg post onto it.

I want another, and can't figure out what this thing is / where I got it from!

Brilliant! I'm 95% sure it's that. Aaand I figured out why I couldn't find the purchase email - it's my wife's email address on the brewhardware account, so the email would've gone to her.
