Help in OKC, OK

So I bought a used keg off Craigslist and I'm looking to turn it into a boil kettle. The problem is that I own no tools.

Is there anyone in the Okc metro area that could help me cut the top off and drill a hole for the ball valve? Or does anyone know of a welding shop that could do this?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
