Would anyone in Cincinnati be able to cut the top off a keg for me? Would gladly pay. I would also appreciate advise in finding someone to help with this.

A warning, and tip for you!
Make sure whoever does the cutting fills the keg with water to a couple inches from the top before using a plasma torch.
There are threads on how to do this yourself if you have a grinder.
