heres what i got here at home to work with.

2.2 lbs. of premier malt extract light with natural hop flavor

1 lb of Briess 2 row brewers malt
1 lb of Briess 2 row caramel 60
1 lb of 2 row carapils
1 lb of crisp pale chocolate malt
1 lb of crisp brown
kent goldins uk pellet hops @ 5.4 alpha acids
nottingham ale yeast

Wanting to make 2.5 gallons of a slight malty and slight hoppy beer with around 4 % ABV
 
though about trying this.

2.2 lbs. of premier malt extract light
1/2 lb of Briess 2 row caramel 60
2 ozs. of 2 row carapils
2 ozs. of crisp brown
2 ozs. of crisp pale chocolate malt

1/4 oz of kent goldins uk pellet hops @ 5.4 alpha acids for 20 mins.(because premier malt extract has been hopped)

nottingham ale yeast
 
or maybe this. if i dont use the premier malt.

I usually use some kind of brown sugar in my milds. Last batch I used those Mexican sugar cones, a pound in a 10 gallon batch.
