Generally you want to replace the Pilsen/2 row and the wheat malts with wheat malt extract in the proper amount. Post or link the recipe, and someone will take you through it. :D
 
Use 6 lbs of wheat DME (wheat DME has both wheat and 2-row in it) in place of the wheat and 6-row and that will get you close.
 
Lol that's ok. So 6lbs wheat DME and what about specialty grains? Sorry new to this converting thing.

Specialty grains remain the same. There are no specialty grains in that recipe, though, unless I'm missing something. Rice hulls are only useful for all-grain brewing, especially when making a wheat beer as wheat is hull-less and makes for harder lautering and stuck sparges, so rice hulls are filler for the mash.

Since you aren't mashing, no need for them.
