I live in the Phoenix area. Recently began brewing. Did a couple Mr. Beer recipes (don't throw stuff at me) and have moved to partial grains and full wort boil since. I want to make better beer and learn to mash, harvest yeast, etc.

Thanks everyone. I've been reading how to brew and others pretty religiously. I'm skipping partial mash and going straight to all grain. Why perfect extract brewing when extract and AG are 2 different animals?
