Hi everyone, I'm an not expierienced brewer but i have brewed cider and bitter before. Soon I am going to try whiskey (as it is my favourite!), hopefully it will go to plan. I hope to use raw ingredient soon, instead of kits.

Keep it secret then - I don't know where you live but it's illegal to distill alcohol just about everywhere! Plus it takes at least 10 years to make decent whisky :cross:
