I just had my first brew day with a Caribou Slobber from northern brewer. Really hope it turns out well. I'm excited to get into learning everything I can. This site looks like it could be helpful, and I hope to learn and share ideas.

Just cracked open my Caribou Slobber, which was also my first batch. Never had it or Moose Drool before for comparison but it's extremely smooth. I sent one in a BIF package for an unbiased opinion.
