First Post. Brand new to home brewing. College roommate got me into it, so I grabbed a starter kit from my LHBS and a English Brown kit and went to town. So far I think I'm doing well. It's in a windowless closet a week into primary. Had a very active first 72 hours and has died down since. No movement now. Krausen went to the top of the carboy and came back down. It's now completely gone with just the residue sticking to the sides of the carboy. Very excited to bottle next week.
Anyway, it's Sunday so I'm watching football, trying to drink my way to my first 50 bottles to reuse. Putting away some Fat Tire right now.
