hey all,
Figured I'd go ahead and post a quick intro/hello
Brewing off and on since 2001/2002, taking it a lot more seriously now as I move into all grain (1 batch under my belt, lessons learned and all that... including that ~7gal of wort isn't going to get to a rolling boil on a 20 year old gas range no matter how hard you wish it would...)
Currently have 5 or 6 beers scheduled for the next couple months (3 courtesy of NB AG kits given to my by a brother in law), with a English Brown going tomorrow.
It'll be interesting - picked up a Blichmann burner this afternoon...
