Hello from So Cal!! I am just getting back into brewing after about a three year hiatous. Had to stop brewing due to lack of time...kids, job, finishing up grad school, etc.

I am stoked to be brewing again. I just brewed up an EPA from a Brewer's Best kit last weekend to get back into the swing of things. Everything went great!

My previous brewing experience has been all extract brewing. After reading Deathbrewer's (think that's who it was) post on easy AG, I am gonna give it a try this weekend. I plan on brewing up an AG strawberry Heffe.
