I have recently begun brewing and have found it a wonderful experience so far. I want to delve into it deeper. So far I have only brewed two 5-gallon batches, but I have the FEVA! I would like to know if there is any reference material that any of you can recommend to me? I have read the Homebrewer's Companion (a.ka. The Bible). I feel like I am only reall just scratching the surface with this, however. I have a strong science background, so if you know of any brewing chemistry guides, please include those as well. Oh yeah......I am 24 years old and live in Tallahassee, Florida. My real name is Stephen. I love beer and want to know more about it. Please help!
