Hi everyone! I've always come here to read various forums on DIY's for equipment and different techniques always just observed/learned but never joined.

I took a small hiatus from brewing, became obsessed with drinking sours, and spent the last year slowly gathering equipment for a 15.5 gal all-grain system, which is finally ready to go.

I've been a sponge learning everything I can, and I'm hoping there are some other sour home brewers on here that I can connect with and learn from.
