Just wanted to say hello...extremely new to home brewing...A friend got me a new Brewers Best kit that had all the goodies...

doing the research now on finding a stronger dark beer...I personally like bolder "German Monastery" styles of beer, something with ABV of 7.5-10 ...

any input would be appreciated!!!!

and there is also a beer I fell in love with...its McSorleys Black Lager...any recipes matching that brand would be appreciated!!!!
