Hi everyone. Relatively new brewer here in the Chicago suburbs. I've been brewing a couple years, mostly extract. Just started all grain though and with the help of many people here made a fantastic Deschutes Fresh Squeezed clone. I'm blown away by how close it is to the real deal. And that would never have happened without not only the recipe but, tips on technique, water chemistry, and so much more.

So, I really just wanted say thank you to the HBT community for all the help and knowledge. I've never had to actually post anything myself (except for trying my horrible luck at some giveaways) because of the huge amount of information there is here. Every question I've had, I've found the answer to and more.
