Hey all! Glad to finally have an account.. it's been too long, it's very easy to get lost reading all of the informative threads here. I've been brewing since October 2016, caught the bug the very first brew and have been upgrading my equipment ever since. I started off doing extract brews, haven't had one batch so far! After the first two batches I began kegging, which really makes the whole process much more enjoyable.. my current keg is holding a 7.5% simcoe and mosaic hopped double IPA.. my next keg is going to be holding a SMaSH w/ Maris otter + citra.. very excited as this will be my first all grain batch, just waiting for a good day this week!

Any advice would be awesome always willing to talk about brewing that's why I'm here..... Anyways wish me luck! And happy brewing!!

Are you going for BIAB with your first all grain or ready for sparging? I'm a big fan of biab myself

Well I plan on sparging to keep things traditional.. but I have a 15 gallon kettle so in the future maybe biab will work out better for those big 10 gal batches.. but yeah first batch I'll sparge and see how that goes
