Hello to all! Newb brewer here from Wormleysburg, PA, but I've been stalking these forums for quite a while. Wow, what a wealth of knowledge here!
A big THANK YOU to all of you guys here! I've always been interested in brewing beer, but never though it could be so much fun! I started brewing back in November 2009 with Brewers Best Kits and the obsession has grown from my first smell of those wonderful hops!
Since then, I've learned so much just from reading all of the forum posts. Gotta love these interwebs.
I'm currently a devoted Partial Masher, but soon hope to make the move to All Grain, and if not yet, at least to full boils.
Just recently I've built a Mother Of Fermentation Chamber and wow, what a difference temp control can make. Tonight I finished bottling said Pumpkin Ale and wow, I save a full pint from the bucket to chill and drink before bottle conditioning. Jimminy cricket is this stuff tasty.
Again, thank you all for all the wonderful advice located on these forums. Happy brewing to you all!
