I am starting to experiment with meads and ciders, after hearing about how simple the process is on The Survival Podcast. I started 2 gallons of simple apple juice cider with champagne yeast yesterday and my ballon airlocks are already inflated and ready to go! Can't wait to try the results!! Thanks for letting me join this robust community!
