Hi, this is my second post and I felt i should introduce myself before I go back to lurking.
I took last winter off from brewing but I'm up to 5, 5 gal batches so far this year. Mostly kits but I've tweaked a few recipes I've come across on my own lately and have been pleasantly surprised. The one I've tried was a dunkelweizen, it was really dark not too high in alcohol and good.
I want to get into all grain but need to figure out the equipment end of things first.
Guess thats it. Wait I should mention how great my wife is for dealing with the three fermenters she has to trip over to get to the couch.
