Hey all, new homebrewer here. Currently waiting for my initial 1 gallon Brown Ale batch to be ready in the botttles, and now 9 days into fermenting a 2.5gal Belgin Blonde. Been lurking here for awhile and reading along, finally dove on in!

Hello all ... also a new homebrewer from Western Mass. I currently have my first batch in bottles, an American Cream Ale. I got it without much thought and then realized it wasnt going to be much like a pale ale at all, haha. NOOB, move.

So, I just brewed an English Pale Ale from another kit last night. I can tell I'm getting addicted fast. I also went out and bought an extra primary bucket today and a recipe (not from a kit) for a Chocolate Stout from a local brew store (which Ive already spent way too much money at in just a few weeks, haha).

Anyway, this forum has a ton of info that has helped me along the way so far, thanks!

I'm hooked! Going to get another primary this week to brew either an IPA or hefe. I'm sure soon enough I'll have 5 batches fermenting at once ha
