Hi y'all.
I'm just getting started, sort of. If you don't count collecting equipment for the last few years, then I've got just over one week under my belt since my first brew. My last purchase (and hope to use for a long time) is a Spike solo setup. It's the smaller 10g version with a brewcommander 240v x 5500w. I made a stainless infusion chiller for it tailored for smaller batches, and happy with how it worked on the first go. Hopefully I ruled out equipment as a source of failure, and it's all operator error from here. It's been super helpful to draw on the knowledge base here (thanks!), the videos, and yes finally reading the books I should've started with. Cheers!
