tks Andy. i just brewed my first czech Pilsner :) hope to be a success. (not a big fan of the style to be onest)
most of the time i brew ales but with my new gear i needed to give a try to a lager.
 
I prefer the beer to be a little bitter so i started with a pils. maybe a vienna lager as well next time.
I used Wyeast - Czech Pils 2278 (2 packs) but most probably I under pitched. fermentation started after 4 days :))) and super slowly finished the job. next time i will use a starter or dry yeast
