hello from upstate SC

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a fairly experienced brewer from Greenville SC with several batches done in the last 2 years. Mostly 5 gallon extract and partial grains. But i just converted my cooler to a nice mash tun hoping to start an all grain recipe here teal soon! Great to be here and learn everyone else's techniques!

Good to see another upstate Brewer. I just did my first batch this week so I've very new to all of this. Where do you get your supplies from? I went to Grapes and Grain and they seemed like pretty good people.

Grape and Grain is great, I get almost everything from them. I've been to Thomas Creek once for supplies but they didn't impress me. I also like to stop by Alternative Beverage whenever I'm up in Charlotte.
