Hello everyone!
I've been brewing for about 6 months now and I can say that this has become a passion of mine. Although I've only been brewing using kits, my goal is to eventually make my own recipes. HBT has been very insightful on problems I had and most likely will continue to have through this brewing journey.
On another note, I prefer kegging over bottling and if I have to drink commercial beer, it's going to be a Belgian one.
