New here and looking to share expertise and experience. I have been brewing for around 8 years, a passion passed down from my grandfather. Also looking to learn and share ideas on brews equipment and techniques, most anything really! Avid tinkerer and builder of my own equipment to fit my needs and keep costs minimal! Had some brewing disasters and triumphs like im sure most people here have and love experimenting with new flavors. Currently into "back to basics" brewing with raw flavor and character but have a foray into the more complex from time to time.
