New brewer here... looking to learn a little about the process and equipment.

Really interested in electric, AG brewing...

I hope to place an order for some SS Brewtech Kettles and Fermenters this week!

Fizz

Sweet! Ss doesn't weld their stuff but I have had nothing but good luck with my two fermenters. Before you do that though you should consider how you're going to control ferm temps. Important part of the rig.

Also you will learn a bunch from Palmer's online version of How to Brew.

Cheers and welcome from the West Coast.

Fermenters will be indoors, so temp differential for ales should be small. Im also purchasing the SS Brewtech temp control for the fermenter for temp correction. Next to sanitation, temps are crucial.

Id like to have a fermentation chamber (freezer), but I have two motorcycles in the garage, where that would need to reside. Wifey wont relinquish her van parking spot.

A couple kettles, fermenters, BCS, SSRs... and hopefully Im in business in a couple weeks to begin the journey!

Thanks guys!

Im expecting a couple 10 gallon kettles, fermenter, temp control kit from SS BrewTech, BCS, SSRs, stainless stand, pumps etc... I hope to be up and running in a few weeks!

Sweet...the other thing I'd recommend is an aeration kit...$30 and worth every dime IMO.

Cheers!
