I was a all grain brewer years ago. Time and the job took over. A co-worker sparked my interest again but now I am only doing extract kits but I am amazed at how good they are turning out. Anyway hello from Fort Worth!

I also have to tell you I just made my first major mistake since I got back into brewing. I was making a coopers blonde and I had just got back from my LHBS and I had bought a amber DME for a up coming brew and for some reason I used it instead of the pale DME. Oh well, it looks like I will have a dark blonde. :)

Welcome back to brewin! If that is the worst mistake you made, life isn't all that bad. Yeah, just call it a dirty blonde, will probably still taste great no matter what it is called.

Hopefully you are not getting to much water up there with all the rain!
