Thanks the welcome guys.

I grew up in Dallas, and actually started homebrewing there. I used to go to a store on 75 just north of 625 (by TI) that had a very descriptive sign. it said "homebrew". Great little store, I always look back at the "old times" 20 years ago when we didn't have all of the fancy gear that is available today.

and Psylocide, I also have fond memories of the corn palace in Mitchell.....

That's funny. Must have been something to do there some years ago, because it's pretty much an empty building now. They still change the corn art out every year though, haha.
