Hello All,
I just recently decided to try my hand at home brew after many years of curiosity. I'd been around the beer industry in Belize much of my life but never directly involved, except for the consumption side of it. I relocated to Texas with my family a couple years ago and can finally get into it with all the access to equipment and ingredients.
I brewed an IPA from a kit and an American Pale Ale from a recipe that I found and adjusted a little bit. The IPA is aging and the PA fermenting. I'm very much looking forward to tasting the results.
It's hard to believe how my mind is already racing with ideas and the enthusiasm a couple batches have generated.
I look forward to learning, contributing and exchanging ideas.
Cheers!
