Hello from southwest UT

Hello all,
This is a great forum. I've been lurking here for a while. I am restarting homebrewing after taking a 14 year break. (I moved from Omaha NE, to Aspen CO, and now St. George, UT) All I did before was canned kits with average success.

I have a Scottish Ale in the secondary and an IPA in the primary presently. The Scottish ale will be bottled in 4 days and I can't wait for it to finish in a few weeks.
