I really do enjoy brewing. I right now have a Mr. Beer kit that got me started. I know that is like a four letter word in most home-brew circles, but I bought it in college and I believe I gave brewed some pretty tasty stuff with it, if I do say so myself. However I do want to step up and into a bigger better home brew system.
I also want to branch out into wine, cheese, and bread as well. I also am a self admitted soda junkie. I have decided the only soda I should drink is soda I brewed myself. I know I have a lot I can learn here, and hopefully I can give some back too!
