Hello All, I've been trolling or lurking on HBT for about a year now. I'd like to call it learning and getting a good education about brewing and brew related projects. LOL. I decided it was time to introduce myself and let you all know just how much I appreciate this site and how much your posts and the vast knowledge I have found here on HBT has helped me. I have done several brew sessions and with the help from this fourm, each batch is getting better and better. My first session was not really drinkable, but after spending that much time on it, I drank it anyway. LOL Since that first session I found HBT and from all the tips, tricks and knowledge, I think I've come a long way. I do extract and partial mash now, but would like to set up a Brutus 20 in the near future. Anyway, again I'd like to say THANK YOU and I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas.
