Hello from south western Virginia

We've been keeping bees for sometime now and are wanting to produce our own mead but want to try the wild fermentation system and had hoped to find some people that have been successful with this. If any of you can help, that would be great. Thanks

I now do my own sourdough and sauerkraut. Still brew and make wine with store bought yeast, but someday!
