Hello friends,
I will be a proud owner of the SS Chronical fermenter in a couple weeks. I will be going crazy and I want to share the madness with you. I have been making apple ciders, cyzers, applejack and sparkling apple wine for a couple of years now and this step toward conical fermenting is making me go completely bonkers. I love to learn from others so this should be a good fit
