Hello from South Central Wisconsin!

I’ve brewed with friends, but never had a rig of my own. Until now…I finally pulled the trigger on a new build. I’ve read a lot on this site and thought I should join, learn and share. I’ve purchased 1bbl electric HLT (with HERMS), MLT, BK and FV from Stout. And I’m working with Electric Brewing Supply on a custom BCS-based control panel for it to support motorized ball valve automation. I’ll share more detail as things progress…
