Hi folks, greetings from Cape Town, South Africa. I am relatively new to brewing with my journey starting in July last year. Started with a few courses to learn as much as I could before getting my feet wet at the start of October with my first brew. I am now 3 batches deep and a whole heap of planned recipes to still get through. My first brew was a Märzen Oktoberfest which came out really good but have some tweaks in mind; next was the Sierra Nevada Pale Ale recipe which was fantastic and currently have a NEIPA cold crashing before a week of keg carbonation.
I've learnt a hell of a lot from the forum already and will surely continue to pick up further knowledge as I progress through brewing all the different styles and trying out new gear. Cheers
