Hello, I am new to the forum. I am still purchasing the equipment for all grain brewing. I am almost ready to start putting everything together. I just need one more kettle and pumps. I have never brewed before, but I decided to jump in with both feet and go straight to all grain.

TCK123,

I too am from Silicon Valley, Cambrian Park specifically. Brewing for 10 years. Right now, I am working long term temp on the east coast. If you need any help specific to The Valley or California, send me a PM. If I can help point you in a good diection, I will be happy to help out.

First Tip:

If you are new to home brewing, you are probably new to mead. There is a great Meadery in Sunnyvale. Rabbits Foot Meadery

Check them out, they have a serving room. It has a bit of the D&D or Renaissance Fair vibe. But the beer, ciders and meads are excellent.
