Hello everyone I have the basic idea of wine making down, and am looking to hone my skills! I have previously made a batch of fruit wine and plan on sticking to that, or making it into a Winter Brandy.

Im from just North of Hilton Head. I see youre from Augusta? Ive been there once before just to hit the bars and it wasnt too bad of a town!
