Greetings and salutations..!
I have been "playing" with brewing off and on for many years.
Various beers, mead and cider and a whole lot of - "this will work, I'm sure of it" There is currently 5gal of a partial mash ale that I will be bottling this weekend and two 3gal carboys of mead bubbling away. Glad my squire hooked me up with this site, have learned quite a bit from the get go..!
